Strong & Hanni’s Employment Law Group has experience representing both employers and employees in a variety of businesses, industries, and professional settings in employment matters.

Our attorneys deal with a range of employment issues including wrongful and retaliatory discharge actions, charges and suits alleging race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability and age discrimination and sexual harassment under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 1981, as well as claims brought pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standards Act.

Our Employment Law Group has counseled employers dealing with matters of overtime and related regulations to non-exempt employees, employment agreements and severance agreements, investigations of internal claims of workplace harassment, and progressive discipline and other aspects of adverse job actions. Assistance is also available in creating and revising internal policies and procedures, including employee handbooks, anti harassment policies, and job applications.

In addition to analysis and counsel, our attorneys also have extensive trial and litigation experience before local, state and federal courts. With years of experience in employment law, Strong & Hanni is able to assess and determine whether litigation or alternative means of resolution would be the best solution for clients.
