Strong & Hanni is pleased to announce Lance H. Locke has joined has joined the firm as an associate in the Construction Law practice group and the Products Liability practice group. Prior to joining Strong & Hanni Mr. Locke was Claim Litigation Counsel for State Farm Insurance Company from 2003-2007. He received his B.A in Political Science in 1998 from the University of Utah, where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha. He received his J.D. in 2002 from Brigham Young University, where he was admitted to the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Locke became a member of the Utah State Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Utah in 2003. Mr. Locke’s areas of practice include Construction Law, Products Liability and Insurance Defense.
