Roger has over 30 years of legal experience. He has handled over 500 cases successfully resulting in settlement or summary judgment. In the last 20 years, he has been lead counsel in 54 civil jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts, which were tried to a final verdict or judgment. He uses ADR mediation whenever possible with a high rate of success.

He has experience with a wide variety of automobile, truck, and construction accidents. He works with aviation law issues including product liability of fixed-wing and helicopter aircraft, aircraft accident causation, airport liability, and aviation insurance coverage. His work in insurance coverage deals with commercial and personal lines, aviation insurance coverage, professional liability coverage, declaratory judgment actions and defense of bad faith claims arising from excess judgments. He is experienced in dealing with product liability cases involving aircraft engine and avionics product liability, construction equipment liability, truck and automobile design, brake and tire liability, and ladder liability. He represents attorneys, corporate directors and officers, real estate professionals, and securities brokers in professional liability matters.
