Bob has 20 years of experience handling all aspects of construction litigation with an emphasis on construction defect claims and construction site injuries. He also handles all aspects of insurance issues related to construction activities. He has successfully represented general contractors and subcontractors in cases litigated in both federal and state courts. He works with a variety of entities in the construction industry from contractors to engineers to insurance companies. He has qualified as a Zurich Insurance approved panel counsel for construction defect claims.
Bob has also been representing clients for 20 years in products liability cases. He has defended a wide range of case involving products such as mini-blinds, construction equipment, construction products, boilers, manufacturing equipment, recreational products, trailers and associated components, tires, electrical equipment, health care products and food products. He has successfully represented clients in cases litigated in both federal and state courts.
