Kristin has been practicing law for over 14 years. She has successfully tried and arbitrated hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, government liability and transportation. She has dealt with a variety of government liability cases including civil rights/section 1983 claims, land use, eminent domain, labor and employment issues, general negligence and personal injury actions and general municipal law matters. She has dealt with a variety of transportation cases including auto, personal injury, brain injury, wrongful death and premises liability.
