Jim has over 26 years of experience assisting clients with employment and labor advice and litigation as well as other complex litigation matters. He represents clients in complex litigation including employment and labor, contract and business disputes, unfair competition, trade secrets, business defamation, and securities.

Jim advises and represents employers in the defense of claims of age, race, sex, national origin and religious discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage disputes, labor arbitration, collective bargaining, NLRB litigation and contract disputes. He defends employers in any and all labor and employment matters involving state and national labor laws and acts including Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination and Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
