Burt has 19 years of real estate, business, tax, and construction experience. He represents clients in diverse and sophisticated real estate and construction disputes and transactions. This includes real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing transactions, easements and licenses, title and boundary issues, survey disputes, interference with property interests, loss of use, eminent domain, and municipal government entitlements. Mr. Ringwood also has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions and has represented numerous businesses both on the selling and acquiring side.
Burt represents contractors, owners, subcontractors, engineers, architects, bonding and surety companies, commercial and residential developers, public entities, and equipment and material suppliers in a wide variety of construction related matters throughout the state of Utah and the Intermountain West. He has had involvement with all areas of construction law, including contract negotiation and formation, documentation and licensing.
