Byron is a shareholder whose practice focuses mainly in the area of insurance defense, including bad faith, coverage, legal malpractice, professional liability, product liability, construction defect, and automobile/transportation cases. He has been involved in a number of bench and jury trials, with subject matter ranging from insurance bad faith to construction. He also has extensive appellate experience involving multiple successful appeals before the Utah Supreme Court and the Utah Court of Appeals.
