Family Law

Bryant works with clients and together, he and the client deal with and resolve legal issues occurring during family disputes. He is skilled at communicating with clients and listening to their needs and concerns. Having developed a sound understanding of the client’s needs and concerns, he then effectively and artfully communicates with the Honorable Commissioners and Judges, opposing counsel, and other interested parties to obtain results that are not only fair, but addresses his client’s biggest concerns.

Bryant is also an expert in non-traditional alternatives to litigation and has participated in over 800 hours of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training. While earning his MS in Organizational Behavior, He focused his studies on group decision making, facilitation, and the behavioral roots of conflict. At the conclusion of his MS, he then wrote his thesis on using ADR techniques as an organizational intervention. While at Hamline Univiersity he furthered his ADR training studying negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and family disputes. He is a state approved domestic mediator.
