Brian has over 20 years experience handling commercial litigation issues including antitrust and unfair competition matters, product marketing and distribution issues, non- competition claims, business disputes, and agreement and contract problems. He has successfully tried substantial jury and bench cases in Federal and State courts.

Brian also has over 20 years experience handling employment issues such as negotiating collective bargaining agreements, solving labor disputes, and litigating wrongful termination, wage dispute, sexual harassment, employer practices, employment discrimination, employee discipline issues, and agreement and contract cases.
