Brad has over 22 years experience helping clients with tax and business problems. He concentrates his practice in the closely related fields of business, tax and estate planning. Brad has a broad range and wealth of experience representing clients in commercial transactions, family wealth transfer, company formation, real estate, business acquisitions, probate and tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service. In addition to representing clients in state, federal, bankruptcy, and tax court, Mr. Bowen has represented clients in zoning and real estate matters before city councils, redevelopment agencies, boards of adjustment, and planning commissions.

Brad is a certified public accountant (C.P.A.) and has an intricate understanding of the interrelated business, tax, financing, regulatory, contractual and related legal issues involving the purchase, sale or leasing of an aircraft. He works with clients in a variety of aviation settings, including aircraft acquisition & sales, ownership structuring, Federal and State tax planning, FAA Rules & Regulations and licensing.
