Andrew is a trial and appellate lawyer with substantial experience defending a wide range of insurance, personal injury and employment claims in both state and federal courts.

As a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practice Group, Andrew focuses his practice on advising and representing clients in various insurance lines including property and casualty, commercial and professional liability, surplus lines and reinsurance, title insurance, special investigations and regulatory and licensing matters. Andrew has significant experience representing insurance clients in bad faith, breach of contract and contribution/reimbursement litigation.

Andrew is also a member of the Employment Practice Group and has experience advising and representing clients relating to non-compete agreements, wrongful termination, gender and age discrimination, sexual harassment, wage disputes and employee discipline issues.

Andrew is also a registered lobbyist and lobbies State lawmakers on behalf of insurance clients.
